Optional Add-On Service:

  • Account Payable Management                                                                  $25/25 invoices

Timely processing of all your bills. Creditors report will be sent to you weekly or fortnightly so you can make payment to businesses you owe money to.

  • Account Receivable Management                                                            $25/25 invoices

Management of account receivable is generally only required if your business receive Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI)**. Debtors report will be provided, if required, weekly or fortnightly so you can follow up from businesses who owe you money.

  • Payroll Management                                                                                    $150/5 employees

Includes preparation of pay run, assist in new employee setup in the accounting system (Xero), email payslip to employees, lodgement of TFN declaration, quarterly super obligation payment and STP finalisation. Pay run summaries and ABA file will be sent to you at each pay run to help you make the payment.

Note. All information regarding hours worked, pay structures etc. are to be provided by employers. It is the employer responsibility to ensure pay rate is conforming with employment regulation (e.g., Award check, labour & employment law, etc.)

* Bookkeeping lite, boost and pro includes reconciliation of sales invoices against customer payments, and reconciliation of supplier invoices against payments made.

** We recommend that sales invoices are processed in-house to reduce the turnaround time.
