Our Story
Victor Theo is a CPA accountant with more than 10 years of experience in public practice. He graduated from Master of Professional Accounting in Edith Cowan University and was awarded 2009 Faculty of Business and Law Dean’s list. He is a professional with extensive experience in business advisory, compliance, financial monitoring, system recommendations, and other services.
Prior to Victor's career in accounting, he was a web application consultant and developer. This gives him a competitive advantage in his accounting career not only in his ability to easily adapt and use multiple systems, but also to assist clients in marrying up business processes with suitable systems.
What Victor has noticed throughout the years is that small to medium businesses often face issues in compliance and business financial issues unnecessarily. A lot of the issues can actually be mitigated if both the business and accountant work alongside each other at all times. This will not only allow businesses to be aware of their financial position and performance timely, but it will allow them to discover any potential issues and take preventative action to manage them. Victor has a huge passion for what he does.
Outside of work, Victor likes to spend time with friends and family especially with his two young kids.
